Mohamed Ahmed Yousef Zainal Alireza currently serves as the Chairman of Xenel Industries Group Ltd., Saudi Services & Operations Co. Ltd., Arabian Bulk Trade Co. Ltd., and Ami Saudi Arabia Ltd. He also holds various director positions at Kindasa Water Services, Tamlik Ltd., Haji Abdullah Alireza & Co. Ltd., Arab Group Services Ltd., Red Sea Port Development Co., Alireza Travel & Tours, Sejel Technology Co., and Saudi Bulk Transport Co. Previously, Mr. Alireza was the Chairman of Saudi Industrial Services Co. and served on the boards of The Hub Power Co. Ltd., Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Magrabi Hospitals & Centers, Saudi Fund For Development, The Arab Petroleum Services Co., and Red Sea Gateway Terminal Co. Ltd. He earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Cornell University in 1968 and 1969, respectively. Xenel was founded in 1973 by the sons of Sheikh Zainal Alizera, who was behind the House of Alizera, one of the oldest trading houses in the Middle East. Xenel has more than 12 companies and has completed projects in over 40 countries. It operates in energy, petrochemicals, construction, infrastructure development, healthcare, industrial services, IT, logistics, real estate, and global investing. The group founded the first cable company in the Middle East, the first bonded free-trade zone, and the first private downstream petrochemical plant in Saudi Arabia.
